Jasper Simon vs Zack Crombie

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Washington promoted show at Hugh Lockart Gym, Tacoma,  taking place on 31/03/2032:

Clearly AI USA-Washington have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Washington Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jasper Simon (10 - 22 - 5) who hails from Spokane, USA and Zack Crombie(9 - 13 - 5) from Seattle, USA.  Both Simon and Crombie weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is John Jean-Baptiste, and the three ringside judges are John Sundy, Morgan Powell and Oliver Hines.  

Round 1: 

Simon steps to the outside.  Crombie lands a cross followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Simon tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a cross.  
Crombie advances into close range.  Simon throws a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Simon connects with a cross.  
Crombie is looking to close the distance.  Simon drives a left hook into Crombie's ribs.  
Crombie pivots to the right of his opponent.  Simon drives a left hook into Crombie's ribs.

The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Crombie has taken some damage there.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.  
The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Crombie dabs at his face checking for damage.
