Orlando Monzon vs Loredo Gonzalez

Boxing Daily Report from the Los Moreco Promotions promoted show at Roberto Clemente Stadium, Masaya,  taking place on 19/04/2032:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Central American Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on ESTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Orlando Monzon (15(11) - 0 - 1(NC)) who hails from Masaya, Nicaragua and Loredo Gonzalez(16(1) - 5(3) - 1) from Panama City, Panama.  Monzon weighed in at 146 pounds and 6 ounces, while Gonzalez weighed in at 146 pounds and 4 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Diego Olivar, and the three ringside judges are Santiago Medrano, Santiago Medrano and Gervasio Otero.

Gonzalez gets on the inside.  Monzon is on target with a solid right uppercut to Gonzalez's body.  Monzon wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Gonzalez dabs at his face checking for damage.
