Roger Keir vs George Bowman

Boxing Daily Report from the Hennessy Boxing promoted show at Dom Kennedy Gym, Melbourne,  taking place on 24/03/2032:

Clearly Hennessy Boxing have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Roger Keir (0 - 0) who hails from Canberra, Australia and George Bowman(0 - 0 - 1) from Melbourne, Australia.  Keir weighed in at 146 pounds and 15 ounces, while Bowman weighed in at 146 pounds and 8 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Paul Elmasyan, and the three ringside judges are Owen MacCallum, Rob Cogle and Alastair Mun.  

Round 1: 

Keir closes the distance and lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  Keir clinches his opponent.  Keir pushes his forearm into Bowman's face.  The referee warns Keir and breaks the clinch.

Keir attempts to land a jab, but Bowman dodges the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Keir steps inside and manouvers Bowman into the corner.  Bowman throws a right hook, but Keir ties up his opponent.  Keir is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Keir closes the distance and drives a right hook into his opponents body.  
Keir digs in a right hook to his opponents ribcage.  
Keir lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  Keir ties up his opponent.  Keir throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Keir lands a left uppercut.  
Keir is on target with a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Keir lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.

Keir closes the distance.  Keir lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Keir dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Keir steps inside and connects with a right hook.  
Keir drives a right hook into his opponents body.  Keir clinches his opponent.  Bowman pushes his forearm into Keir's face.  The referee warns Bowman and breaks the clinch.  
Bowman lands a jab.  
Keir lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Keir drives a right hook into his opponents body.  
Keir is looking to close the distance and walks Bowman into a neutral corner.  Keir throws a right uppercut, but his opponent parries the shot.  Keir clinches his opponent.  Bowman is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Keir throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Keir pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.

Bowman tries to keep the action at long range.  Bowman attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref ignores Keir's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
Keir advances into close range.  Bowman pivots from in front of his opponent.  Keir lands a right uppercut to the body, a left uppercut to the head and a right uppercut to the body.  
Bowman is on target with a left uppercut.  
Keir hits home with a solid cross.  
Bowman attempts to land a right hook, but Keir blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Keir steps inside and throws a left hook, but the shot is blocked.  Keir holds on to his opponent.  Bowman uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Keir's kidney. The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Bowman about fouling.  
Keir feints a left hook, but Bowman ignores the feint and lands with a cross.  
At the end of Round 3, lets listen in on the corners...Bowman's trainer is telling his fighter to go out and knock out his opponent!
