Angel Simeon vs Hugh Penney

Boxing Daily Report from the Showtime Promotions promoted show at Auditorio Municipal Fausto Gutierrez Moreno, Tijuana,  taking place on 03/04/2032:

Clearly Showtime Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Angel Simeon (18(1) - 0 - 1) who hails from Celaya, Mexico and Hugh Penney(29(3) - 6(2) - 1) from Cedar Rapids, USA.  Simeon weighed in at 227 pounds and 1 ounces, while Penney weighed in at 232 pounds and 3 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Carlos Ojeda, and the three ringside judges are Vicente Navarra, Rodrigo Moreno and Joaquin Samano.
