Alastair Caffrey vs Paul Ruane

Boxing Daily Report from the Alhassan Promotions promoted show at Perth Louden, Perth,  taking place on 10/04/2032:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Australia-Western Australia Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alastair Crocodile Caffrey (14(3) - 7) who hails from Perth, Australia and Paul Ruane(6 - 8 - 1) from Perth, Australia.  Both Caffrey and Ruane weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Paul MacNab, and the three ringside judges are Mark Handyside, Daniel Norman and John Coronella.  

Round 1: 

Caffrey is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Ruane lands a cross.

Caffrey throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Caffrey hits home with a firm left uppercut.  
Caffrey drives a solid right uppercut into his opponents body.  
Ruane quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Caffrey lands a solid overhand right.  
Caffrey gets on the inside and digs in a sharp left hook to Ruane's liver.  
Caffrey is looking to keep the action on the outside and hits home with a cross.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Ruane's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.  Ruane's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.

Ruane gets on the inside and manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Caffrey connects with a left hook.  
Caffrey gets on the inside.  Ruane throws a right hook, but Caffrey clinches his opponent.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Caffrey is looking to keep his distance and lands a cross followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Caffrey lands a right uppercut followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Caffrey digs in a left hook to Ruane's body.  
Caffrey is looking to keep his distance.  Caffrey drops his guard, and stalks his opponent...he wants his opponent to throw a shot.  Ruane attempts to land a jab, but Caffrey slips the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Caffrey lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Caffrey lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Ruane lands a cross.  
Caffrey lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  
Caffrey is looking to keep his distance.  Caffrey senses his opponent is hurt.  He is looking to stop Ruane and just needs the right shot.  Caffrey lands a cross followed by a right hook to his opponents head, AND RUANE IS DOWN!  He makes it to one knee, but is unable to rise any further as the ref counts 10!  The winner by KO is Caffrey!
