Hui-chao Penn vs Ming Shek

Boxing Daily Report from the AI China-Hong Kong promoted show at Hong Kong Liew, Hong Kong,  taking place on 16/03/2032:

Clearly AI China-Hong Kong have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the China-Hong Kong Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Hui-chao Penn (8 - 7 - 2) who hails from Hong Kong, China and Ming Shek(8 - 7 - 2) from Hong Kong, China.  Both Penn and Shek weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Quon Kwok, and the three ringside judges are Gan Siu, Li-Liang Koh and Jing Li.
