Dai Maddocks vs Matthew McTaggart

Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at UIC Pavilion, Chicago,  taking place on 15/05/2032:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Great Lakes Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Dai Maddocks (25(3) - 7(1) - 1) who hails from Chicago, USA and Matthew McTaggart(11 - 6 - 1) from Chicago, USA.  Both Maddocks and McTaggart weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Patrick Baker, and the three ringside judges are Mark Terres, Ethan Bukowski and Michael Barry.  

Round 1: 

Maddocks sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a jab, cross and a jab to his opponents head.
