Jay Belling vs Noel Keir

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Iowa promoted show at Temple Theater, Des Moines,  taking place on 13/05/2032:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the USA-Iowa Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jay Belling (18(2) - 0) who hails from Cedar Rapids, USA and Noel Keir(2 - 15 - 3) from Cedar Rapids, USA.  Belling weighed in at 200 pounds, while Keir weighed in at 199 pounds and 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Gus Struthers, and the three ringside judges are Sam Rendall, Ollie Batch and Robert Thom.
