Boxing Daily Report from the Donnelly Boxing promoted show at Emile Vorster Gym, Soshanguve,  taking place on 14/04/2032:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Simohamed Alyusi (2 - 0) who hails from Nador, Morocco and Luvolwethu Shabangu(1 - 1 - 1) from Pretoria, South Africa.  Alyusi weighed in at 122 pounds, while Shabangu weighed in at 121 pounds and 8 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ontibile Nyauza, and the three ringside judges are John Cele, Bernardus Hertzog and Amon Makwetla.  

Round 1: 

Alyusi steps inside and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.

Alyusi steps inside.  Alyusi pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.

Alyusi pivots to the side of his opponent and hits home with a left hook.  
Alyusi lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Alyusi lands a jab to Shabangu's body.  Alyusi goes for the bodyshot, but lands south of the border!  The ref ignores Shabangu's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
Shabangu attempts to land a right hook, but Alyusi blocks the shot and counters with a sharp cross.  
Alyusi closes the distance and hits home with a solid right uppercut.  
Alyusi digs in a right uppercut to his opponents ribs.  
Alyusi gets on the inside and lands a right hook to the head, a right uppercut to the head and a right hook to the body.  
Alyusi closes the distance and lands a right uppercut to the body, and then to the head.  
Shabangu closes the distance.  Alyusi leans back on the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Shabangu accepts the invitation, throwing powerful combos, but is unable to land anything on Alyusi.

The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Alyusi has come off worse after that clash of heads.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.
