Theophilus Jajere vs Satoru Kojima

Boxing Daily Report from the JSW promoted show at Matsudo Athletic Park Gymnasium, Matsudo,  taking place on 14/06/2032:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Theophilus Jajere (15(12) - 0 - 2) who hails from Uromi, Nigeria and Satoru Kojima(17 - 10 - 4) from Yokohama, Japan.  Both Jajere and Kojima weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Michi Sakamoto, and the three ringside judges are Hideki Yanagi, Kenji Aoyama and Michi Anzai.  

Round 1: 

Jajere is looking to close the distance and hits home with a right hook.  
Jajere connects with a cross.  
Jajere closes the distance and lands a sharp left uppercut.  Jajere clinches his opponent.  Jajere is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. As they grapple, Jajere pushes his forearm into Kojima's face.  The ref breaks Jajere's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Jajere quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Jajere lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  Jajere ties up his opponent.  Jajere is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Kojima tries to land a jab, but Jajere slips the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Jajere closes the distance and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  Jajere holds on to his opponent.  Jajere leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Jajere is looking to close the distance.  Jajere quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Jajere digs in a right hook to his opponents body.  Jajere clinches his opponent.  Jajere is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Kojima quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Jajere drives a stinging right hook into his opponents body.

Jajere lands a right hook, left uppercut and a left hook to his opponents head, AND KOJIMA IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  Kojima recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Jajere is looking to close the distance and walks his opponent into the corner.  Jajere sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.

Jajere drives a sharp right hook into his opponents body.  Jajere clinches his opponent.  Jajere hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. Jajere pushes his forearm into Kojima's face.  The referee warns Jajere and breaks the clinch.

Jajere gets on the inside and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  He then lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  Jajere clinches his opponent.  Jajere leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Jajere pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a firm cross.  
Jajere lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Jajere lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Kojima's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Kojima's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Kojima's trainer is advising how he could improve his defence.

Kojima steps to the outside.  Jajere connects with a sharp overhand right.  
Jajere is looking to close the distance and lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Jajere lands a right uppercut followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Jajere closes the distance and hits home with a firm right hook.  
Jajere lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a left hook to the body.  
Jajere is on target with a sharp left uppercut to Kojima's liver.  KOJIMA IS HURT!  
Kojima is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Jajere thinks he can end the show early....he's looking to put Kojima away.  Jajere lands consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents body.  He continues the combination and lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body, AND SENDS KOJIMA SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 5.  
Jajere is on target with a potent left uppercut to his opponents body.  DOWN GOES KOJIMA!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 5.  It looks like Kojima has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.
