Peter Cochrane vs Hisao Nakai

Boxing Daily Report from the JSW promoted show at Matsudo Athletic Park Gymnasium, Matsudo,  taking place on 14/06/2032:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Peter Cochrane (9(4) - 2) who hails from Aberdeen, UK and Hisao Nakai(13 - 6(1) - 2) from Okazaki, Japan.  Both Cochrane and Nakai weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kenji Aoyama, and the three ringside judges are Michi Sakamoto, Hideki Yanagi and Michi Anzai.  

Round 1: 

Cochrane closes the distance and is on target with a left hook.  Cochrane holds on to his opponent.  Cochrane pushes his forearm into Nakai's face.  The referee warns Cochrane and breaks the clinch.  Cochrane attempts to land a left hook, but Nakai parries the shot and counters with a right hook.

Cochrane closes the distance and lands a right uppercut followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  Cochrane ties up his opponent.  Cochrane is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Cochrane lands a left hook to the body, a left uppercut to the head and a right hook to the body.  Cochrane clinches his opponent.  Cochrane leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Cochrane's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Cochrane connects with a sharp right uppercut.  Cochrane ties up his opponent.  Cochrane is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Cochrane throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. 
Nakai connects with a cross.  
Cochrane steps inside and hits home with a left hook.  
Cochrane lands two right hooks to the body, and one to the head.

Cochrane steps inside.  Nakai pivots to the side of his opponent.  Nakai throws a left uppercut, but Cochrane clinches his opponent.  Cochrane tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Nakai's kidney. 
Nakai connects with a cross.  
Cochrane gets on the inside and drives a right hook into Nakai's body.  
Cochrane lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Cochrane lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body, AND DOWN GOES NAKAI!  He manages to get up at 5.  
Nakai switches the action to the outside.  Cochrane is looking to put the pressure on now...he knows a few clean shots could mean an early night.  Cochrane crashes a mean right hook to his opponents body.  NAKAI IS DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 6.  Nakai now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Cochrane connects with a solid left hook.  
Cochrane pivots to the left of his opponent and is on target with a sharp right hook to Nakai's body.  
Cochrane sidesteps to the left of his opponent and digs in a right hook to Nakai's body.  
Cochrane advances into close range and drives a firm left hook into his opponents body.  
Cochrane is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.  
Cochrane closes the distance.  Nakai attempts to land a left hook, but Cochrane slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Cochrane digs in a left hook to Nakai's liver.  
Nakai sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Cochrane lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Cochrane gets on the inside and manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Cochrane drives a telling left uppercut into Nakai's liver.  NAKAI WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Nakai recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Cochrane whips in a DEVASTATING right hook to Nakai's body.  NAKAI HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  THE REF IMMEDIATELY WAVES OFF THE FIGHT...HE'S SEEN ENOUGH!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Cochrane!
