Olindo Montanez vs Cortez Mena

Boxing Daily Report from the Pacific and Andean Promotions promoted show at Estadio Oscar Ramos Cabieses, Lima,  taking place on 26/06/2032:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Peru Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Olindo Montanez (19(13) - 2) who hails from Trujillo, Peru and Cortez Mena(9 - 7 - 1) from Lima, Peru.  Montanez weighed in at 125 pounds and 12 ounces, while Mena weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rafael Vidal, and the three ringside judges are Saturnin Villena, Macario Chaparro and Xaver Armando.  

Round 1: 

Montanez hits home with a sharp overhand right.
