Julien Carreau vs Floyd Bedel

Boxing Daily Report from the GAT Management promoted show at GAT Gym, Gaineau,  taking place on 12/05/2032:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Julien Carreau (7 - 0) who hails from Montreal, Canada and Floyd Bedel(12 - 8 - 7) from Calgary, Canada.  Both Carreau and Bedel weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Olier Paradis, and the three ringside judges are Verrier Luna, Bruce Hathorne and Paris Clarin.  

Round 1: 

Carreau advances into close range and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.

The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Carreau dabs at his face checking for damage.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Carreau.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.
