Gig Badilla vs Ricardo Velez

Boxing Daily Report from the Bani Promotions promoted show at Barranquilla Rios, Barranquilla,  taking place on 14/05/2032:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Colombia-Atlantico Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Gig Badilla (25 - 4) who hails from Barranquilla, Colombia and Ricardo Velez(23 - 10 - 1) from Barranquilla, Colombia.  Badilla weighed in at 210 pounds, while Velez weighed in at 235 pounds And 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Juan Villalobos, and the three ringside judges are Alejandro Sarmiento, Juan Molinar and Roman Soto.  

Round 1: 

Velez steps to the outside and attempts to land a cross, but Badilla sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.
