Alen Markle vs Bob Ridpath

Boxing Daily Report from the Belator promoted show at Ian Herran Gym, San Antonio,  taking place on 31/05/2032:

Clearly Belator have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Texas Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alen Markle (9 - 17 - 3) who hails from Austin, USA and Bob Ridpath(19 - 11 - 1) from Dallas, USA.  Markle weighed in at 135 pounds, while Ridpath weighed in at 134 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is James Curto, and the three ringside judges are Andy Saenz, Clinton Hollern and Paul Speed.  

Round 1: 

Ridpath pivots from in front of his opponent.  Ridpath lands a right hook.  Ridpath tries to land a left uppercut, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a cross.
