Manuel Gomez vs Noe Enriques

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Venezuela-Aragua promoted show at Jerrold Mier Gym, Turmero,  taking place on 29/05/2032:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Venezuela-Aragua Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Manuel Gomez (18 - 10(1) - 1) who hails from Maracay, Venezuela and Noe Enriques(16(3) - 1) from Maracay, Venezuela.  Both Gomez and Enriques weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Quin Alamo, and the three ringside judges are Nicandro Prado, Montel Verdin and Quin Alamo.  

Round 1: 

Enriques advances into close range and lands a left uppercut, left hook and a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Gomez hits the target with a sharp jab.  
Enriques gets on the inside and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Enriques is on target with a stinging cross to Gomez's body.  
Gomez tries to step out of his opponents range and hits home with an overhand right.  
Enriques lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  Enriques holds on to his opponent.  Enriques leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Enriques is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks Enriques's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Gomez is looking to keep his distance and tries to land a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a sharp left uppercut.  
Enriques closes the distance and drives a right uppercut into Gomez's body.  Enriques clinches his opponent.  Enriques pushes his forearm into Gomez's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Gomez switches the action to the outside and attempts to land a jab, but Enriques blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Enriques sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a solid cross.  
Enriques advances into close range.  Gomez pivots to the side of his opponent.  Gomez throws a left hook, but Enriques holds on to his opponent.  Enriques pushes his forearm into Gomez's face.  The referee warns Enriques and breaks the clinch.  
Gomez switches the action to the outside and finds the target with a stinging jab.  
Enriques lands a right hook, left uppercut and a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Gomez tries to keep the action at long range and is on target with an overhand right.  
Enriques lands a left uppercut to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a right uppercut to the body.  
Enriques pivots from in front of his opponent.  Enriques lands two consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents head.  Enriques holds on to his opponent.  Enriques leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Enriques lands a left uppercut to the head, a right uppercut to the body and a right hook to the body.  
Enriques lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Enriques lands a left uppercut followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body, AND DROPS GOMEZ!  He manages to get up at 4.  Gomez recovers before his opponent can take advantage.

Enriques drives a firm right uppercut into his opponents ribs.  Enriques ties up his opponent.  Enriques is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Enriques tries to land a right hook, but Gomez blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Enriques advances into close range and cuts off the ring, trapping Gomez on the ropes.  Enriques drives a firm right uppercut into Gomez's ribcage.  
Enriques steps inside and walks his opponent into the corner.  Enriques lands a left hook, left uppercut and a right uppercut to his opponents body, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Gomez quickly recovers. 
Enriques lands a right hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.

The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Enriques dabs at his face checking for damage.  Enriques has been damaged by the clash of heads.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.  
Gomez tries to step out of his opponents range and throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a stinging left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Enriques gets on the inside and is on target with a sharp left hook to his opponents body.  Enriques clinches his opponent.  Enriques leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Enriques pushes his forearm into Gomez's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Enriques.  
Gomez is on target with a jab.  
Enriques lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a right uppercut to the body.  
Enriques manouvers his opponent into the blue corner.  Gomez throws a left uppercut, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Enriques lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  He continues the combination and lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  
Enriques whips in a mean right hook to Gomez's body.  GOMEZ IS DOWN!  He manages to get up at 9.  
Gomez could be stopped here, if Enriques can find the right shot!  Enriques lands a left hook, right uppercut and a left uppercut to his opponents body.  He continues the combination and lands a right uppercut to the head, a right hook to the body and a left uppercut to the body.  The winner by KO is Enriques!
