Hugh Penney vs Dave Brock

Boxing Daily Report from the Brock promoted show at Des Moines David, Des Moines,  taking place on 02/06/2032:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the USA-Iowa Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Now TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Hugh Penney (29(3) - 7(2) - 1) who hails from Cedar Rapids, USA and Dave Brock(16(1) - 2 - 2) from Davenport, USA.  Penney weighed in at 232 pounds and 3 ounces, while Brock weighed in at 227 pounds and 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Vince Caven, and the three ringside judges are Charles Mains, Rob Winning and Stephen Kidd.
