Ben Onion vs Corey Dorward

Boxing Daily Report from the Nkoloma Promotions promoted show at Simasiku Gym, Auckland,  taking place on 10/06/2032:

Clearly Nkoloma Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ben Onion (19(6) - 0) who hails from Christchurch, New Zealand and Corey Dorward(9 - 11(1) - 7) from Wellington, New Zealand.  Onion weighed in at 134 pounds and 8 ounces, while Dorward weighed in at 134 pounds and 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Jack Hislop, and the three ringside judges are Jonathan Teague, Kahorere Hakaipari and Kyle Stine.  

Round 1: 

Dorward sidesteps to the left of his opponent and hits home with a cross.  
Dorward quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Onion lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Onion hits home with a right hook.  Onion clinches his opponent.  Onion pushes his forearm into Dorward's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Onion lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Onion steps inside and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Onion connects with a right hook.  Onion ties up his opponent.  Onion is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Onion to stop fouling.  
Onion lands a solid cross.  
Onion closes the distance.  Onion sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Dorward throws a left hook, but Onion clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Onion pushes his forearm into Dorward's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Onion.

Dorward pivots to the left of his opponent.  Onion lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Onion gets on the inside.  Onion sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Onion connects with a firm left uppercut.  Onion ties up his opponent.  Onion uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Dorward's kidney. 
Dorward strikes his opponents body with a cross.  
Onion lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Dorward steps to the outside.  Onion hits home with an overhand right.  
Onion closes the distance and lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Onion cuts off the ring, trapping Dorward in the blue corner.  Onion connects with a firm left uppercut.  
Dorward throws a left hook, but Onion holds on to his opponent.  Onion leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Onion lands a left hook.  
Onion walks his opponent into a corner.  Onion lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Dorward's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Dorward's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Dorward is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Onion lands an overhand right followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Onion tries to land an overhand left, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Onion steps inside and manouvers his opponent into a corner.  Onion lands a stinging right hook.  
Onion lands a sharp right hook.  
Onion lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Onion lands a left uppercut followed by  two left hooks to his opponents head.  
Onion drives a right hook into his opponents body.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Onion dabs at his face checking for damage.

Onion throws a left hook, but is unable to get through his opponents guard.  Onion holds on to his opponent.  Onion is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Dorward tries to keep the action at long range.  Onion lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Onion lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Dorward tries to land a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a solid right hook.  
Dorward tries to step out of his opponents range.  Dorward sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Onion lands a jab followed by  two straights to his opponents head.
