Artur Kana vs Felix Wright

Boxing Daily Report from the TFI promoted show at Worcester Zaccheo, Worcester,  taking place on 04/06/2032:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Artur Kana (16(15) - 0) who hails from Bratislava, Slovakia and Felix Wright(2 - 1 - 1) from Eugene, USA.  Kana weighed in at 117 pounds and 9 ounces, while Wright weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ian Noble, and the three ringside judges are Dave Greenan, Kyle Ormiston and Arnie Sherriff.  

Round 1: 

Wright advances into close range.  Kana connects with a firm left hook.

Wright manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Kana lands a jab to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  He continues the combination and lands a jab to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  
Kana lands with a sharp jab.

Kana is on target with a jab.  
Kana lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Kana tries to step out of his opponents range and lands an overhand right followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Kana steps to the outside and connects with a cross.  
Kana is on target with a left hook to Wright's liver.  
Kana switches the action to the outside and is on target with a jab.  
Kana lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Kana switches the action to the outside.  Kana feints a left, and then lands a cross to the body followed by a jab to the head.

Wright walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Kana lands with a hard jab.  
Kana steps to the outside and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a jab followed by  two straights to his opponents head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
Kana is really starting to turn up the heat!  He senses a stoppage here.  Kana lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a left hook, left uppercut and a cross to his opponents head, AND SENDS WRIGHT TO THE CANVAS!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 7.  Wright now seems to have got his legs back.  
Wright steps inside and throws a left hook, but Kana ties up his opponent.  Kana is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Kana about fouling.  
Kana is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Kana sidesteps to the right of his opponent and connects with a stinging cross.  
Wright advances into close range and walks Kana onto the ropes.  Kana lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Kana lands a cross to the body, a cross to the head and a left hook to the head.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Wright's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.

Kana connects with a VICIOUS left hook.  WRIGHT IS HURT!  Wright quickly recovers. 
Kana tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a stinging cross.  
Kana throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Kana lands a jab.  
Kana is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands two jabs followed by an overhand left to his opponents head, AND SENDS WRIGHT TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 6.  
Kana steps away from his opponent and lands two jabs followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Kana is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Wright closes the distance.  Wright pivots to the right of his opponent.  Kana tries to land a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Wright advances into close range.  Kana throws a left uppercut, but his opponent slips the punch.  Kana holds on to his opponent.  Kana throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The referee breaks the clinch and warns Kana to stop fouling.  
Kana is looking to keep his distance and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Wright steps inside.  Kana lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head, DROPPING WRIGHT TO THE CANVAS!  He is still struggling to his feet as the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Kana!
