Pyotr Umakhanov vs Marlen Romanov

Boxing Daily Report from the Senanu Promotions promoted show at Irkutsk Tichinov, Irkutsk,  taking place on 17/06/2032:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Russia-Perm Krai Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Pyotr Umakhanov (20(11) - 0) who hails from Berezniki, Russia and Marlen Romanov(13 - 13(2) - 5) from Perm, Russia.  Both Umakhanov and Romanov weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kir Portnyagin, and the three ringside judges are Melor Koplyakov, Vasili Smolnikov and Toma Grechin.  

Round 1: 

Umakhanov lands two jabs followed by an overhand right to his opponents head.  
Romanov manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Romanov sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Romanov attempts to land a jab, but Umakhanov parries the shot and counters with a solid right uppercut.  
Umakhanov lands a straight 1 - 2, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Romanov almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Umakhanov steps to the outside.  Romanov tries to land a cross, but Umakhanov blocks the shot and counters with a telling cross.  ROMANOV IS HURT!  
The right shot from Umakhanov could be enough to force the stoppage!  Umakhanov lands a cross followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  He then lands two left uppercuts followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head, AND DROPS ROMANOV TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  Romanov now seems to have his senses back.  
Umakhanov switches the action to the outside and is on target with a mean cross.  ROMANOV WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  
Umakhanov knows Romanov is hurt...he is putting the pressure on now, looking for the stoppage.  Umakhanov is on target with a SAVAGE cross.  ROMANOV IS DOWN!  HE FAILS TO BEAT THE COUNT!  The winner by KO is Umakhanov!
