Colin Gove vs Robert Hinojos

Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at Silver Creek Sportsplex, San Jose,  taking place on 31/07/2032:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the USA-California Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Colin Gove (34(21) - 1(1)) who hails from Long Beach, USA and Robert Hinojos(23 - 12(5) - 5) from Huntington Beach, USA.  Gove weighed in at 134 pounds and 13 ounces, while Hinojos weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Lewis Suttie, and the three ringside judges are John Dickie, Chris Jones and Dave Markle.  

Round 1: 

Gove lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Gove lands a stiff jab.  
Hinojos gets on the inside.  Gove throws a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps.  Gove holds on to his opponent.  Gove is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee warns Gove and breaks the clinch.

Gove steps to the outside.  Gove thinks he can end the show early....he's looking to put Hinojos away.  Gove lands a left hook followed by  two right hooks to his opponents head, AND DOWN GOES HINOJOS!  He manages to get up at 4.  Hinojos now seems to have got his legs back.
