Eiji Amari vs Hitoshi Kawai

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Miyagi promoted show at Satoru Tanji Gym, Sendai,  taking place on 10/06/2032:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Japan-Miyagi Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Eiji Amari (15 - 6 - 3) who hails from Sendai, Japan and Hitoshi Kawai(13(2) - 2) from Sendai, Japan.  Both Amari and Kawai weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Keiichi Sakai, and the three ringside judges are Keiichi Sakai, Nao Shimada and Satoshi Matsui.  

Round 1: 

Kawai advances into close range.  Kawai drives a left hook into Amari's ribs.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Kawai dabs at his face checking for damage.
