Ian Polson vs Davie Farquhar

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-California promoted show at San Joaquin County Fairgrounds, Stockton,  taking place on 04/06/2032:

Clearly AI USA-California have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Poison Ian Polson (3(3) - 0) who hails from Oceanside, USA and Davie Farquhar(10 - 5(1) - 1) from Colorado Springs, USA.  Both Polson and Farquhar weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dan Beatty, and the three ringside judges are John Prophet, Euan Lyon and Alastair Hankin.  

Round 1: 

Farquhar tries to keep the action at long range.  Polson is on target with a stinging cross.  
Polson is on target with a left uppercut.  Polson holds on to his opponent.  Polson is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Polson.  
Polson drives a stinging right hook into Farquhar's ribcage.  
Polson lands a right hook followed by  two left uppercuts to his opponents head.  Polson ties up his opponent.  Polson leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Polson lands two right hooks to the body, and one to the head.  Polson throws a left uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Polson pivots to the side of his opponent.  Polson attempts to land a right hook, but Farquhar blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Farquhar throws a left uppercut, but Polson ties up his opponent.  Polson leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Farquhar hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. The ref breaks Polson's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Polson lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  Polson clinches his opponent.  Polson is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Polson wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Farquhar dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Polson connects with a right hook.  
Polson is looking to close the distance.  Polson sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a solid left hook.  
Polson lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Polson walks Farquhar down, trapping him in the corner.  Farquhar attempts to land a right hook, but Polson slips the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Polson steps inside and lands a left hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a right uppercut to the head.  
Polson connects with a left hook.  
Polson walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Farquhar tries to land a right hook, but Polson sidesteps and counters with a hurtful cross.  IT LOOKS LIKE FARQUHAR WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Farquhar quickly recovers. 
Polson digs in a stinging left hook to Farquhar's body.  
Polson lands a right hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a left hook to the body, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Farquhar almost instantly recovers. 
Farquhar pivots to the right of his opponent.  Polson digs in a stinging right hook to Farquhar's body.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Farquhar's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Farquhar's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.  Farquhar's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Farquhar forces Polson to back into the ropes.  Polson hits home with a stinging cross.  
Polson steps inside and lands two right hooks followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Polson connects with a nasty left uppercut.  FARQUHAR IS HURT!  Polson throws a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut to Polson's ribs.  Farquhar quickly recovers. 
Polson steps inside and is on target with a sharp right hook to Farquhar's ribcage.  
Polson advances into close range and lands a right hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  
Polson tries to land a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut to Polson's ribs.  
Farquhar throws a jab, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a cross.  
Farquhar connects with a right hook.  
Polson gets on the inside and hits home with a solid left hook.  
Polson lands a right hook to the body followed by two left hook's to the head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  
Polson whips in a big left uppercut to Farquhar's ribs.  FARQUHAR IS DROPPED TO THE CANVAS!  HE UNSTEADILY TRIES TO GET UP BUT IS UNABLE TO BEAT THE 10 COUNT!  The winner by KO is Polson!
