Juan Raymundo vs Robert Mellish

Boxing Daily Report from the Montreal's Top Gym promoted show at Colisee de Quebec, Quebec City,  taking place on 31/07/2032:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Juan Raymundo (19(14) - 3(1)) who hails from Masaya, Nicaragua and Robert Mellish(14 - 4(3)) from Boulder, USA.  Both Raymundo and Mellish weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Prewitt Gedeon, and the three ringside judges are Henry Popkin, Varocher Painchaud and Brendan Aitken.  

Round 1: 

Mellish closes the distance.  Raymundo is on target with a solid right hook to Mellish's body.  Raymundo throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref ignores Mellish's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
Raymundo throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Raymundo tries to keep the action at long range and drives a jab into Mellish's body.  
Mellish lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.  
Raymundo steps to the outside and finds the target with a jab.  
Mellish gets on the inside.  Raymundo drives a stinging right hook into his opponents body.  
Raymundo lands a stinging cross.  Raymundo attempts to land a jab, but Mellish parries the shot and counters with a right hook.

Mellish advances into close range.  Mellish voluntarily retreats back onto the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Raymundo digs in a firm left uppercut to Mellish's body.  Raymundo attempts to land a left hook, but Mellish dodges the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Mellish is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Raymundo quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a cross followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
Raymundo switches the action to the outside.  Raymundo feints a jab, tricking Mellish into launching a right hook counter.  Raymundo avoids the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Raymundo tries to step out of his opponents range and lands two consecutive overhand lefts to his opponents head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Mellish quickly recovers. 
Raymundo switches the action to the outside.  Mellish lands a cross followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Mellish advances into close range and is on target with a left hook.  
Raymundo switches the action to the outside and lands a cross to the body, a cross to the head and a jab to the head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Mellish almost instantly recovers.

Raymundo quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a cross.  
Raymundo steps away from his opponent.  Mellish lands with a sharp jab.

Mellish closes the distance.  Raymundo pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a MASSIVE left hook.  IT LOOKS LIKE MELLISH WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Mellish almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Raymundo sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a jab to the body followed by a cross to the head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Mellish gets on the inside.  Raymundo senses Mellish is in trouble...he is looking to finish him off!  Raymundo lands two right uppercuts followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands two right hook's to the body followed by a cross to the head.  
Raymundo connects with a SAVAGE left hook.  MELLISH HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  He manages to get up at 6.  Mellish now appears to have recovered from that earlier shot.  
Mellish lands a jab.  
Mellish gets on the inside and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.

He follows up the attack and lands a right uppercut to the body, a left uppercut to the head and a right uppercut to the head, DROPPING MELLISH TO THE CANVAS!  He makes it to one knee, but is unable to rise any further as the ref counts 10!  The winner by KO is Raymundo!
