Cipriano Mellado vs David Keelan

Boxing Daily Report from the Showtime Promotions promoted show at Alabama Theatre, Birmingham,  taking place on 07/07/2032:

Clearly Showtime Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Cipriano Mellado (13(4) - 2 - 2) who hails from Montevideo, Uruguay and David Keelan(5 - 8(2) - 4) from Anaheim, USA.  Both Mellado and Keelan weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Joey Glasson, and the three ringside judges are Owen Belliston, Zachary Caffrey and Sam Ireland.  

Round 1: 

Mellado gets on the inside and lands a right hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a right uppercut to the body.  Mellado clinches his opponent.  Mellado is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks Mellado's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Mellado gets on the inside.  Keelan throws a right hook, but Mellado ties up his opponent.  Mellado pushes his forearm into Keelan's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.

Mellado tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Keelan's kidney. The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Mellado about fouling.
