Francisco Alonso vs Carlos Somero

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Dominican Republic-Distrito Nacional promoted show at Santo Domingo de Guz Simon, Santo Domingo de Guzman,  taking place on 18/07/2032:

Clearly AI Dominican Republic-Distrito Nacional have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Dominican Republic-Distrito Nacional Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Francisco Alonso (16 - 13(1) - 3) who hails from Santo Domingo de Guzman, Dominican Republic and Carlos Somero(11 - 9(1) - 3) from Santo Domingo de Guzman, Dominican Republic.  Alonso weighed in at 146 pounds and 11 ounces, while Somero weighed in at 146 pounds and 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Reynaldo Arias, and the three ringside judges are Ramirez Banegas, Ramirez Banegas and Paco Cantero.  

Round 1: 

Somero sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Alonso tries to land a right uppercut, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a right uppercut.

That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Alonso.  That has caused minor swelling  around the left eye.
