Seferino Chapa vs Sagaz Bolivar

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Tamaulipas promoted show at Ciudad Victoria Rodrigo, Ciudad Victoria,  taking place on 21/06/2032:

Clearly AI Mexico-Tamaulipas have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Tamaulipas Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Seferino Chapa (17 - 12 - 1) who hails from Nuevo Laredo, Mexico and Sagaz Bolivar(10 - 11 - 1) from Matamoros, Mexico.  Both Chapa and Bolivar weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Juan Alvarez, and the three ringside judges are Carlos Armando, Agapetus Llorente and Diego Toro.
