Eddie MacKnight vs Rhys Pierson

Boxing Daily Report from the Dadekian Promotions promoted show at Oklahoma City Dalgleish, Oklahoma City,  taking place on 29/06/2032:

Clearly Dadekian Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Oklahoma Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Eddie MacKnight (8 - 1) who hails from Oklahoma City, USA and Rhys Pierson(2 - 4) from Tulsa, USA.  MacKnight weighed in at 112 pounds, while Pierson weighed in at 111 pounds And 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Roger Newburn, and the three ringside judges are Haaris Turay, Ibrahim Habibi and Robert Braddick.  

Round 1: 

MacKnight lands a jab to his opponents body.

The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to MacKnight.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.
