Felix Harrier vs Neil Downey

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Washington promoted show at Hugh Lockart Gym, Tacoma,  taking place on 28/07/2032:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-Washington Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Felix Harrier (16 - 9 - 4) who hails from Seattle, USA and Neil Downey(9 - 2 - 2) from Spokane, USA.  Both Harrier and Downey weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Morgan Powell, and the three ringside judges are John Ante, John Jean-Baptiste and Phil Maffett.
