Roy Loch vs Alex Lindsay

Boxing Daily Report from the Kurusu Promotions promoted show at Emirates Arena, Glasgow,  taking place on 20/08/2032:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Celtic Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Roy Loch (19(11) - 0) who hails from Londonderry, UK and Alex Lindsay(19(5) - 5(1) - 2) from Glasgow, UK.  Loch weighed in at 160 pounds, while Lindsay weighed in at 159 pounds and 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Charlie MacNeal, and the three ringside judges are Anton Adam, Hamish McBeth and John McVicker.

Loch steps to the outside and lands a cross.  Loch tries to land a jab, but Lindsay blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Lindsay closes the distance.  Loch lands a left hook to the head, a right hook to the head and a left uppercut to the body.  Loch ties up his opponent.  Lindsay throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The referee separates the two fighters and warns Lindsay.  
Lindsay is on target with a cross to Loch's body.  
Lindsay closes the distance.  Loch throws a left hook, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a right hook.

Lindsay closes the distance and throws a left hook, but Loch ties up his opponent.  Loch is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Loch.  
Loch steps to the outside and attempts to land a jab, but Lindsay parries the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Lindsay steps inside.  Loch pivots to the left of his opponent.  Lindsay lands a left hook.  Lindsay attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref stops the action and gives Loch time to recover.  
Loch is looking to keep his distance and SLAMS a WICKED overhand right into his opponents face.  LINDSAY WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Lindsay quickly recovers. 
Loch lands an overhand left, jab and an overhand right to his opponents head.  
Lindsay is looking to close the distance and walks Loch down, trapping him on the ropes.  Lindsay lands a right hook to the head, a left uppercut to the head and a left uppercut to the body.  
Lindsay closes the distance.  Loch lands a right uppercut to the head, a left hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Lindsay steps inside and forces Loch to retreat onto the ropes.  Lindsay connects with a left hook.  
Loch feints a cross, but Lindsay ignores the feint and lands with a firm right hook.  
Loch lands a jab.  
Loch drives a left hook into his opponents liver.  
Loch hits home with a firm left hook.  
Loch sidesteps to the left of his opponent and connects with an overhand right.  
Lindsay gets on the inside and tries to land a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Loch hits home with a firm cross.  
Lindsay closes the distance.  Loch connects with a sharp right uppercut.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Lindsay's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Lindsay's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.
