Waleed Fekkai vs Farhan Tamer

Boxing Daily Report from the Garabetian Promotions promoted show at Algiers Yveton, Algiers,  taking place on 15/08/2032:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Algeria Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Canal Algérie, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Waleed Fekkai (9(3) - 3) who hails from Oran, Algeria and Farhan Tamer(7 - 2 - 1) from Algiers, Algeria.  Both Fekkai and Tamer weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Majid Laouzai, and the three ringside judges are Ahmed Khenniche, Adnan Thomson and Abdul Gardel.  

Round 1: 

Tamer is looking to keep his distance.  Fekkai is on target with a BRUTAL cross.  TAMER WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Tamer recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Fekkai is looking to close the distance and lands a right uppercut.

Fekkai forces Tamer to back into the ropes.  Fekkai lands a stinging right hook.  
Fekkai closes the distance and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Tamer tries to keep the action at long range and connects with an overhand left.  
Fekkai closes the distance.  Fekkai pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Fekkai steps inside.  Tamer throws a right hook, but Fekkai clinches his opponent.  Fekkai pushes his forearm into Tamer's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Fekkai.  
Tamer is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Fekkai lands a cross to the body, and then to the head.  
Fekkai closes the distance and is on target with a left hook to his opponents ribs.  Fekkai clinches his opponent.  Fekkai is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Fekkai.  
Fekkai attempts to land a cross, but Tamer dodges the shot and counters with a cross.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Tamer's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.  Tamer's trainer is advising how he could improve his defence.

Fekkai gets on the inside and lands two consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents head.  Fekkai throws a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Fekkai drives a left hook into Tamer's liver.  
Tamer throws a jab, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a stinging right uppercut.  
Fekkai is on target with a left hook.  
Fekkai gets on the inside.  Tamer throws a right hook, but Fekkai clinches his opponent.  Fekkai pushes his forearm into Tamer's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Fekkai about fouling.  
Fekkai lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Fekkai is looking to put the pressure on now...he knows a few clean shots could mean an early night.  Fekkai lands a cross followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head, AND DROPS TAMER!  He manages to get up at 6.  
Tamer steps to the outside.  Fekkai lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head, AND SENDS TAMER SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 5.  Tamer now seems to have his senses back.  
Fekkai connects with a right hook.  
Fekkai gets on the inside and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  Fekkai ties up his opponent.  Tamer pushes his forearm into Fekkai's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Tamer about fouling.  
Fekkai contemptuously drops his hands, trying to provoke his opponent.  Tamer is on target with a jab.  
Fekkai steps inside and lands a left hook, right hook and a left hook to his opponents body.  
Fekkai is looking to close the distance and lands a left uppercut.  
Fekkai is on target with a left hook.  
Fekkai manouvers Tamer into the blue corner.  Fekkai quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Fekkai throws a right hook, but his opponent steps away from the punch.  Fekkai holds on to his opponent.  Fekkai leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Fekkai is looking to close the distance and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
Fekkai is looking for the shot to finish his opponent.  Fekkai connects with a DESTRUCTIVE right hook.  TAMER HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  THE REF DOES NOT GIVE TAMER THE CHANCE TO BEAT THE COUNT...HE'S STOPPING THE FIGHT!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Fekkai!
