Giragos Fermanyan vs Vem Panoyan

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Armenia-Yerevan promoted show at Yerevan Achekian, Yerevan,  taking place on 16/08/2032:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Armenia-Yerevan Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Giragos Fermanyan (9(3) - 2) who hails from Yerevan, Armenia and Vem Panoyan(7 - 7(2) - 1) from Yerevan, Armenia.  Both Fermanyan and Panoyan weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dadur Igitian, and the three ringside judges are Vartan Nalbantian, Garbis Daghlarian and Nigoghos Vartoughian.  

Round 1:
