Ethan Shand vs Rehman Jalil

Boxing Daily Report from the Phala Promotions promoted show at Cole Crisafulli Gym, Adelaide,  taking place on 16/08/2032:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Australia-South Australia Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ethan Shand (1(1) - 1) who hails from Adelaide, Australia and Rehman Jalil(8 - 8 - 1) from Adelaide, Australia.  Shand weighed in at 107 pounds and 15 ounces, while Jalil weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mark Carnes, and the three ringside judges are Mark Carnes, Richie MacRae and Steven Kavanah.  

Round 1: 

Shand advances into close range and is on target with a sharp right hook.  
Shand tries to keep the action at long range and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Shand lands a jab, cross and a jab to his opponents head.  
Jalil advances into close range.  Shand throws a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Shand lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Shand closes the distance and lands a firm left uppercut.  
Shand closes the distance and walks Jalil into the blue corner.  Shand pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Shand tries to step out of his opponents range.  Shand sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a stiff jab.  
Shand lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Shand steps to the outside and finds the target with a jab.  
Shand advances into close range and hits home with a right hook.

Shand is on target with an overhand left.  
Shand lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a right uppercut to the head.  
Jalil advances into close range.  Shand pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a right uppercut followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Shand hits home with a right uppercut.  
Jalil gets on the inside.  Shand lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Jalil steps inside.  Shand lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Shand pivots from in front of his opponent and connects with a right hook.  
Shand pivots to the side of his opponent and is on target with a sharp left hook.  
Shand lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Shand sidesteps to the left of his opponent and connects with a right uppercut.

Shand steps inside.  Shand pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook.  Jalil wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Shand dabs at his face checking for damage.

Shand lands a WICKED cross.  JALIL IS DOWN!  THE COUNT REACHES 10, BUT JALIL IS UNABLE TO GET UP!  The winner by KO is Shand!
