Quintavius Gikonyo vs Waqas Qureshi

Boxing Daily Report from the Konga Promotions promoted show at Nairobi Wangila, Nairobi,  taking place on 24/08/2032:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Kenya-Nairobi Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Quintavius Gikonyo (10 - 11(1) - 2) who hails from Nairobi, Kenya and Waqas Qureshi(7 - 9(1) - 3) from Nairobi, Kenya.  Gikonyo weighed in at 134 pounds and 15 ounces, while Qureshi weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Nathan Andersson, and the three ringside judges are Kyrone Koimbori, Richie Bitok and Paul Changeywo.
