Nuru Verjee vs Charles Irungu

Boxing Daily Report from the Ndovi Promotions promoted show at Nairobi Serry, Nairobi,  taking place on 24/08/2032:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Kenya-Nairobi Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Nuru Verjee (16 - 12(1) - 1) who hails from Nairobi, Kenya and Charles Irungu(19(2) - 10(3) - 2) from Nairobi, Kenya.  Both Verjee and Irungu weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Paul Chelanga, and the three ringside judges are Joe Mwirichia, Kashif Haque and Noah Odoyo.
