Josh Kennan vs David Sproat

Boxing Daily Report from the Hennessy Boxing promoted show at Melbourne Napier, Melbourne,  taking place on 05/09/2032:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Oceania Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on WIN, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Josh Kennan (33(24) - 2) who hails from Melbourne, Australia and David Sproat(20 - 3(1) - 2) from Melbourne, Australia.  Both Kennan and Sproat weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Gabriele Raia, and the three ringside judges are Chris Mellis, Johnny Elias and Jake Denniston.  

Round 1: 

Kennan lands an overhand left followed by  two straights to his opponents head.  
Sproat closes the distance and throws a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Sproat digs in a right uppercut to Kennan's ribs.  Sproat throws a left uppercut, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a sharp cross.

Kennan is looking to keep the action on the outside and hits home with a stinging cross.  
Sproat forces Kennan to retreat onto the ropes.  Kennan lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Kennan digs in a solid left hook to his opponents ribs.  Kennan attempts to land a left hook, but Sproat blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Sproat sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Sproat lands a left uppercut.  Sproat throws a right hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.

Kennan senses his opponent is hurt.  He is looking to stop Sproat and just needs the right shot.  Kennan lands a cross followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  Sproat now seems to have got his legs back.  
Kennan lands a BRUTAL left hook.  SPROAT IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  HE UNSTEADILY TRIES TO GET UP BUT IS UNABLE TO BEAT THE 10 COUNT!  The winner by KO is Kennan!
