Javier Laguna vs Chase Gladieux

Boxing Daily Report from the Pacific and Andean Promotions promoted show at Pabellón Alamedilla, Salamanca,  taking place on 23/09/2032:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Javier Laguna (14(6) - 0) who hails from Salamanca, Spain and Chase Gladieux(15 - 13(3) - 1) from Lyon, France.  Laguna weighed in at 139 pounds and 15 ounces, while Gladieux weighed in at 139 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Diego Mellado, and the three ringside judges are Orlando Tardio, Larenzo Ibanez and Gig Baria.  

Round 1: 

Laguna pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.

Gladieux is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Laguna lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.

Laguna sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Gladieux tries to land a right hook, but Laguna sidesteps and counters with a right hook.

Laguna steps inside and drives a solid left hook into his opponents body.  
Laguna lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Laguna advances into close range and lands two right hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Laguna quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Laguna lands a jab followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Laguna attempts to land a jab, but Gladieux parries the shot and counters with a cross.  Gladieux quickly recovers. 
Laguna pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Gladieux's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Gladieux's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Gladieux's trainer is advising how he could improve his defence.

Laguna steps inside and lands a right hook followed by  two left hooks to his opponents head, AND SENDS GLADIEUX SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He makes it to one knee, but is unable to rise any further as the ref counts 10!  The winner by KO is Laguna!
