Clint Weir vs Andy Ruan

Boxing Daily Report from the No limit promoted show at Melbourne Rolland, Melbourne,  taking place on 13/09/2032:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Australia-Victoria Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Clint Weir (7 - 11(3)) who hails from Melbourne, Australia and Andy Ruan(6 - 1(1)) from Melbourne, Australia.  Both Weir and Ruan weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Matt Barry, and the three ringside judges are Michael Donn, Jay Sterling and Neil Lazarev.  

Round 1: 

Ruan gets on the inside.  Weir pivots to the side of his opponent.  Ruan is on target with a left hook.  
Ruan wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Weir dabs at his face checking for damage.

The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Weir.  That has caused swelling  around the left eye.
