Verrier Maine vs Nazaire Baze

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ivory Coast-Lagunes promoted show at Abidjan Decoux, Abidjan,  taking place on 15/09/2032:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ivory Coast Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on RTI Sport TV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Verrier Maine (8(6) - 1) who hails from Abobo, Ivory Coast and Nazaire Baze(8 - 9(2)) from Abidjan, Ivory Coast.  Both Maine and Baze weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Campbell de Nerval, and the three ringside judges are Chancellor de Bergerac, Laurent Barse and Leroy Arletty.

Maine gets on the inside.  Some sustained pressure from Maine could be enough to finish Baze!  Maine lands a double left hook to his opponents head, KNOCKING BAZE DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 6.  
Maine lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a cross followed by a left hook to his opponents head, KNOCKING BAZE DOWN!  He tries to rise but his legs dont respond...the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Maine!
