Michael Humphreys vs James Cumming

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-New York State promoted show at Lewis A. Swyer Theatre, Albany,  taking place on 15/09/2032:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Michael Humphreys (23(12) - 0) who hails from Linden, Guyana and James Cumming(1 - 4 - 2) from Louisville, USA.  Both Humphreys and Cumming weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Harry Trevor, and the three ringside judges are Bryn Ritchie, Ian Bowman and Rob Malcomson.  

Round 1: 

Humphreys feints a left hook, and then lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Humphreys lands a right uppercut to the head, a right hook to the head and a left hook to the body.  Humphreys clinches his opponent.  Humphreys is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Humphreys's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Humphreys gets on the inside.  Humphreys pivots to the right of his opponent and is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.

Cumming closes the distance.  Humphreys connects with a left hook.  Humphreys clinches his opponent.  Humphreys tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Cumming behind the head. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

Humphreys steps inside.  Cumming throws a left hook, but the shot is blocked.  Humphreys clinches his opponent.  Humphreys is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Cumming pushes his forearm into Humphreys's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Cumming.

Humphreys quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Humphreys lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  Humphreys clinches his opponent.  Humphreys leans on his opponent using all his weight. Humphreys throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The ref separates the two fighters.

Humphreys backs onto the ropes...he is waving his opponent in!  Cumming accepts the invitation, throwing powerful combos, but is unable to land anything on Humphreys.

Cumming sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Cumming throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref stops the action and gives Humphreys time to recover.
