Boxing Daily Report from the AI Belarus-West promoted show at Brest Mikita, Brest,  taking place on 17/09/2032:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Belarus-West Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Yakiv Bogus (13(9) - 1) who hails from Grodno, Belarus and Fedar Shchegolikhin(6 - 6(1) - 2) from Brest, Belarus.  Bogus weighed in at 227 pounds and 2 ounces, while Shchegolikhin weighed in at 234 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Borysko Bomba, and the three ringside judges are Georgiy Sokolski, Fedir Wujek and Vitali Mikulich.  

Round 1:

Bogus lowers his hands, trying to provoke his opponent to attack.  Shchegolikhin throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a powerful cross.  SHCHEGOLIKHIN WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Shchegolikhin recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Bogus lands a cross followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
Bogus lands an overhand left followed by a jab to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.  
Bogus feints a left, and then lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Bogus is looking to keep his distance and is on target with a firm cross.

Bogus lands a cross, overhand left and a jab to his opponents head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Shchegolikhin almost instantly gets his legs back. 
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Shchegolikhin's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Shchegolikhin's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Shchegolikhin's trainer is advising how he could improve his defence.

Bogus lands two jabs to the body, and one to the head.  
Shchegolikhin gets on the inside.  Bogus throws a right hook, but his opponent avoids the shot.  Bogus clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Bogus pushes his forearm into Shchegolikhin's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Shchegolikhin walks Bogus onto the ropes.  Shchegolikhin hits home with a left hook.  
Shchegolikhin finds the target with a jab.  
Bogus switches the action to the outside and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Bogus is on target with a stinging jab.  
Bogus lands two jabs followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Bogus digs in a right hook to his opponents ribs.  
Bogus steps away from his opponent and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Shchegolikhin closes the distance.  Bogus lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  
Bogus is looking to put the pressure on now...he knows a few clean shots could mean an early night.  Bogus lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head, AND KNOCKS SHCHEGOLIKHIN DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 6.  Shchegolikhin now seems to have got his legs back.  
Bogus tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Shchegolikhin quickly recovers. 
Bogus steps away from his opponent and lands three consecutive jabs to his opponents head.  
Bogus lands an overhand right followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Bogus lands a MASSIVE cross.  SHCHEGOLIKHIN WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Shchegolikhin recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Bogus lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  He then lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Bogus lands a cross followed by a overhand left to his opponents head, AND SENDS SHCHEGOLIKHIN SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He unsteadily tries to get up but is unable to beat the 10 count!  The winner by KO is Bogus!
