Mick Kelty vs Reynaldo Alonso

Boxing Daily Report from the Smokin Joe promoted show at Rogers Center, Toronto,  taking place on 24/11/2032:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Irish Mick Kelty (16(10) - 1) who hails from Georgetown, Guyana and Reynaldo Alonso(24(2) - 4(2) - 2) from Cartagena, Colombia.  Both Kelty and Alonso weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ian Dashiell, and the three ringside judges are Arnie Waddey, Jordan Haworth and Dom Cogle.  

Round 1: 

Alonso gets on the inside.  Kelty sidesteps to the right of his opponent andAlonso wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Kelty dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Kelty is looking to keep the action on the outside and hits home with a sharp overhand right.  
Kelty lands a stiff jab.  Kelty attempts to land a jab, but Alonso sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Alonso advances into close range and forces Kelty to back into a corner.  Kelty drives a firm right hook into Alonso's ribcage.  
Alonso is on target with a left hook to his opponents ribs.

Alonso could be stopped here, if Kelty can find the right shot!  Kelty lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head, AND SENDS ALONSO SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 7.  He doesnt look in good shape though! Alonso is still on wobbly legs as the ref signals that the fight is over.  The winner by TKO is Kelty!
