Chata Chipasha vs John Janza

Boxing Daily Report from the Sangweni Promotions promoted show at Lusaka Shimpande, Lusaka,  taking place on 08/10/2032:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Zambia-Lusaka Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Chata Chipasha (22(3) - 11(6) - 1) who hails from Lusaka, Zambia and John Janza(6 - 2) from Lusaka, Zambia.  Both Chipasha and Janza weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Wayne Chimuka, and the three ringside judges are Napoleon Nanyangwe, Makalo Mwala and Duante Muzandu.  

Round 1: 

Chipasha gets on the inside and throws a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Chipasha lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Chipasha drives a sharp right hook into Janza's body.  
Chipasha is looking to close the distance.  Chipasha pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  
Chipasha lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Chipasha gets on the inside and is on target with a firm left hook to Janza's body.  
Chipasha drives a left hook into Janza's body.  
Chipasha cuts off the ring, trapping Janza in a corner.  Chipasha lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  Chipasha ties up his opponent.  Chipasha leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Chipasha's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Janza feints a jab, but Chipasha is not fooled and lands with a left hook.  
Chipasha steps inside and lands a left hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Chipasha digs in a solid left uppercut to his opponents ribs.  
Janza steps away from his opponent.  Chipasha lands a double jab to his opponents head.  Chipasha attempts to land a cross, but Janza slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Chipasha lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the body and a left uppercut to the head.  Chipasha ties up his opponent.  Chipasha pushes his forearm into Janza's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Chipasha.  
Chipasha closes the distance and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Chipasha quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a jab.  
Chipasha gets on the inside and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Janza is looking to keep his distance.  Chipasha lands with a ramrod jab.  
Chipasha closes the distance.  Janza throws a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a firm right hook.  
Chipasha pivots to the right of his opponent.  Chipasha throws a left hook, but is unable to get through his opponents guard.  Chipasha clinches his opponent.  Chipasha leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Chipasha's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Chipasha lands a cross to the head, a right hook to the body and a jab to the head.  
Chipasha gets on the inside and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Chipasha forces Janza to back into a neutral corner.  Chipasha lands consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents body.  
Chipasha lands a cross.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Janza's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Janza's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Janza throws a right hook, but Chipasha ties up his opponent.  Chipasha tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Janza's kidney. The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Chipasha about fouling.  
Chipasha is on target with a left hook to Janza's ribs.  
Janza steps away from his opponent.  Chipasha lands a straight 1 - 2.  He then lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Chipasha gets on the inside.  Janza lands a right uppercut.  
Chipasha digs in a firm left hook to his opponents body.  
Chipasha gets on the inside and lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Chipasha walks his opponent into the corner.  Chipasha lands a left uppercut.  
Janza tries to land a left hook, but Chipasha blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.

Janza stands off with low guard waiting for his opponent to launch an attack.  Chipasha throws a jab, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a right uppercut.

Chipasha is looking for the shot to finish his opponent.  Chipasha is on target with a potent right uppercut to Janza's ribs.  JANZA HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  It looks like Janza has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.
