Gordon McClay vs John Taylor

Boxing Daily Report from the AI UK-Scotland promoted show at Aberdeen Carran, Aberdeen,  taking place on 17/10/2032:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the British-Scotland Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Gordon McClay (4 - 6 - 4) who hails from Aberdeen, UK and John Taylor(5 - 8(1) - 1) from Glasgow, UK.  Both McClay and Taylor weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Andrew Frew, and the three ringside judges are Angus Greenaway, Martin MacBeth and Joseph Menelaws.  

Round 1: 

Taylor is looking to close the distance.  McClay attempts to land a left hook, but Taylor blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.
