Kenji Okubo vs Mikio Sugai

Boxing Daily Report from the Paintsil Promotions promoted show at Kazuki Fujikawa Gym, Ichikawa,  taking place on 19/10/2032:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Japan-Chiba Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Kenji Okubo (13 - 2) who hails from Kashiwa, Japan and Mikio Sugai(13 - 6 - 1) from Kashiwa, Japan.  Okubo weighed in at 140 pounds, while Sugai weighed in at 139 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Takeo Nakanishi, and the three ringside judges are Hiro Ueno, Yoshi Oh and Taro Sugawara.  

Round 1: 

Okubo advances into close range.  Sugai attempts to land a left hook, but Okubo sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut to Sugai's body.
