Devdas Merkondar vs Arjuna Shukla

Boxing Daily Report from the Nyanda Promotions promoted show at Tariq Sayed Gym, Jaipur,  taking place on 25/10/2032:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the India-Rajasthan Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Devdas Merkondar (11 - 13 - 4) who hails from Jaipur, India and Arjuna Shukla(3 - 5 - 1) from Jodhpur, India.  Both Merkondar and Shukla weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Madhav Chakrabarti, and the three ringside judges are Rehan Abdalla, Dhaval Kunjir and Waleed Meer.  

Round 1: 

Shukla tries to land a jab, but Merkondar sidesteps and counters with a cross.
