Rob Clark vs Kyle Brodrick

Boxing Daily Report from the Eddie Burns promoted show at Rehman Shehata Gym, Los Angeles,  taking place on 26/10/2032:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-California Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rob Clark (21(12) - 1(1)) who hails from Riverside, USA and Kyle Brodrick(10 - 7(1) - 4) from Modesto, USA.  Both Clark and Brodrick weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is David Moreman, and the three ringside judges are Euan Bowens, Richie Burnes and Theo Carson.  

Round 1: 

Clark lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Brodrick closes the distance.  Clark is on target with a sharp left hook to his opponents ribs.  Clark holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Clark pushes his forearm into Brodrick's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Clark to stop fouling.  
Clark is looking to close the distance and lands two left hooks followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head, AND BRODRICK IS DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 7.  Brodrick almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Clark closes the distance and lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  He then lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Clark is looking to close the distance and hits home with a solid left hook.  Clark clinches his opponent.  Clark is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Clark lands a cross, right uppercut and a cross to his opponents head.  
Clark manages to force Brodrick into the corner.  Clark lands a right hook.  Clark ties up his opponent.  Clark leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Clark steps inside and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Clark lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  Clark ties up his opponent.  Clark uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Brodrick behind the head. Brodrick is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Clark pushes his forearm into Brodrick's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Clark to stop fouling.  
Clark lands a left uppercut to the head, a left hook to the body and a left uppercut to the head.  
Clark is looking to close the distance and is on target with a solid left hook.  
Clark is on target with a right hook to Brodrick's ribs.  
Clark forces Brodrick to retreat into the red corner.  Clark connects with a sharp right hook.  
Clark connects with a left hook.  
Clark switches the action to the outside and lands a sharp overhand right.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Brodrick's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Brodrick's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Clark is on target with a left hook to Brodrick's body.  
Clark lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Clark attempts to land a left hook, but Brodrick parries the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Clark steps inside and throws a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps.  Clark clinches his opponent.  Clark leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Clark throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Clark sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Brodrick throws a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Clark hits home with a sharp left uppercut.  
Brodrick connects with a cross.  
Clark advances into close range and lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Brodrick gets on the inside.  Clark lands a left uppercut, right hook and a left hook to his opponents body.  
Clark steps inside.  Brodrick throws a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a stinging right hook.  
Clark closes the distance and drives a right hook into Brodrick's body.  
Clark lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Clark gets on the inside and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  Clark holds on to his opponent.  Clark leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Clark is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Brodrick steps inside.  Clark lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Clark pivots from in front of his opponent and hits home with a sharp jab.  
Clark is looking to close the distance.  Clark pivots to the right of his opponent.  Clark drives a solid left hook into Brodrick's body.  BRODRICK WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Clark holds on to his opponent.  Clark leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  Brodrick quickly recovers. 
Clark lands a right hook to the body followed by two left hook's to the head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Clark ties up his opponent.  Clark hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. Clark leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  Brodrick recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Clark steps to the outside and lands a jab to the body followed by a cross to the head.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Brodrick's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.  Brodrick's trainer is advising how he could improve his defence.
