Syed Maroun vs Jawad Baccus

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Iran-Fars promoted show at Ibrahim Saab Gym, Shiraz,  taking place on 30/05/2021:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IRIB, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Syed Maroun (7 - 0) who hails from Shiraz, Iran and Jawad Baccus(6 - 0) from Tehran, Iran.  Both Maroun and Baccus weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Amer Farran, and the three ringside judges are Waqas Hannan, Amer Shahidi and Khalid Sarwar.  

Round 1: 

Maroun closes the distance and drives a left hook into his opponents liver.  
Maroun lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.
