Nwankwo Ekoku vs Zain Mahdi

Boxing Daily Report from the Shanungu Promotions promoted show at Ilorin Aliyu, Ilorin,  taking place on 01/11/2032:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nigeria-Kwara State Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Nwankwo Ekoku (13 - 5) who hails from Ilorin, Nigeria and Zain Mahdi(9(4) - 0) from Ilorin, Nigeria.  Ekoku weighed in at 199 pounds and 8 ounces, while Mahdi weighed in at 199 pounds and 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Olufemi Botmang, and the three ringside judges are Tunde Balogun, Asif Hussain and Rabiu Udoobong.
