Ximen Lugo vs Michael Mains

Boxing Daily Report from the JSW promoted show at Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Las Vegas,  taking place on 08/11/2032:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ximen Lugo (5(3) - 1) who hails from Barranquilla, Colombia and Michael Mains(9 - 22 - 1) from San Jose, USA.  Lugo weighed in at 130 pounds, while Mains weighed in at 129 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Dale Cloyd, and the three ringside judges are Alec Rees, Mike Faulkner and Bryan Florian.  

Round 1: 

Lugo is on target with a sharp jab.  
Lugo closes the distance and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Lugo clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Lugo pushes his forearm into Mains's face.  The referee warns Lugo and breaks the clinch.  Mains almost instantly recovers. 
Lugo lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  He continues the combination and lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Lugo gets on the inside and connects with a right uppercut.  
Lugo pivots to the right of his opponent and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Lugo steps inside.  Mains sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Mains throws a right hook, but Lugo ties up his opponent.  Lugo is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Lugo lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Lugo lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Lugo hits home with a solid left hook.  Lugo clinches his opponent.  Lugo leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

Mains steps inside.  Lugo wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Mains has come off worse after that clash of heads.  That has caused minor swelling  around the right eye.

Lugo lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Lugo is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.  Lugo attempts to land a cross, but Mains sidesteps and counters with a right hook.

Lugo lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.
